Team CrossFit membership has two options. Term (x month commitment) membership or a month-to-month membership. The following information is also written on your “membership agreement” contract.
- Billing is handled by a separate company. You must email billing@teamcrossfit.com or come into fill out the appropriate forms in order to request any changes to your membership
- For monthly membership, there is no prorating of days or weeks when freezing or cancelling your membership. We can only adjust on 1 month basis
- For Paid In Full (PIF) memberships, there is NO REFUND
- You may upgrade from month-to-month membership to 12 month membership or x times a week to a higher access membership but not vise versa
- Any account overdue past 45 days will be transferred to our Collections Agency
- Any future rate changes will not affect your original rate/price and it will always remain the same for the length of your membership unless a) the membership status is changed to “suspended” due to late payment, b) termination of the existing contract
MEMBERSHIP FREEZING
- For Term memberships: You may “freeze” the membership 1 month at a time for up to 2 month. During this time, all payments are still collected. This month will be added to the end of your contract as a credit. For example; If you decide to freeze your membership in the month of January, you will still pay for that month but will receive one month membership credit added to the end of your contract term. The credit month(s) does not have any cash value and can not be used for refund.
- For month to month membership: You can freeze for as long as you want but you must pay the 1st month of freeze at the start which will be credited as your 30-day final payment.
TERM MEMBERSHIP (12, 3, 6 MONTH)
- Contractually obligated to pay for duration of the contract.
- The Term membership will be automatically rolled into a month to month membership at the end of it’s term.
- There is NO REFUND for Paid In Full (PIF) memberships.
MONTH TO MONTH MEMBERSHIP
- Requires 30-days notice to termination the membership after the first 30 days.
FAMILY MEMBERSHIP
- Includes mom, dad, two kids under 18 under one membership dues.
TEAM CROSSFIT KIDS MEMBERSHIP
- Month-to-month or term membership. Requires 30-days notice to cancel the membership after the first 30 days.
DROP IN MEMBERSHIP
- One class drop in purchase expires in 2 weeks.
- Ten pack drop in purchase expires in 2 month.

To cancel or suspend your membership, please email billing@teamcrossfit.com with the date and reason for the change in membership.
