    The Governator and CrossFit

    Quality of life

    How old is too old to workout?  NEVER!  You are never too old to exercise your body along with your mind in order to keep the quality of your life as you want and derserve it to be.   Check out John who is nearing 90 demanstraing something that many people half his age have trouble doing.

    Easier said than done!

    Sometimes the easiest looking thing can be the hardest thing to execute.  Check out this exercise called Superman to Hollow rock roll.  Looks simple enough but boy is it hard!!

    How much do we belive in proper nutrition here at Team CrossFit?  We not only believe but know that nutrition is the foundation of your fitness and your health.  Whether you are trying to be the best athlete possible or just want to loose that belly fat, nutrition is the KEY and must come first not only for your body composition but also for your health.  If you are ready to get on the right track, check out our NUTRITION PAGE and start learning.  Here at Team CrossFit, we offer complimentary weekly meal plans with shopping list to anyone that is willing to commit themselves to eating the right food.  Check out our lead instructor James reading a bed time story to one of his kids.  Everyone is on the right nutrition path in his household without exception!

    Can I do CrossFit?

    One of the most common question or comment that we hear from someone looking into CrossFit for the first time is, "I can't do that!".  We say, "of course you can!".  The great thing about CrossFit is that all of our movements and workouts are scalable.  This means that we can adjust the workouts to your level in any class.  Whether you are a beginner and can't do one pull up to save your life, or you have an injury on your right leg, we can always modify the workout for you so that you can do your best and kick butt!  Check out this video of a 6 year old doing the workout of the day today - "Cindy".

    Age ain't nothing but a number

    What's is more amazing and admirable?  Super tone and athletic body of an young athlete or the commitment and the pure drive of a person that will not let a small thing like age get in the way of their pursuit of elite fitness?  Check out the leg of one of our top athlete Erica (pretty nice huh?) but more importantly, check out Kelly, aka "the chairman" doing what he does every day with us here at Team CrossFit.  Whooping some young kids butt!
